Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (18-80 years old) diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; 2. VFSS examination showed delayed deglutition initiation in pharyngeal stage. The criterion was whether the head of the food mass had crossed the mandibular Angle when the hyoid bone was displaced. If it had crossed the mandibular Angle, it was considered that there was delayed deglutition initiation; 3. The patients gave informed consent to the study and signed relevant documents, and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious diseases of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs; 2. History of epilepsy after stroke; 3. Patients with nasopharyngeal cancer or other head and neck tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. There are serious listening and understanding disorders.
