18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Collect patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopy in our hospital; 2. Adult patients (>=18 years old); 3. Shoulder arthroscopic surgery with regional nerve block; 4. Use upper trunk (anteroposterior femoral) block or traditional intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block; 5. ASA is classified as I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious dysfunction of important organs such as the heart and lungs; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, old cerebral infarction, diabetes or hypertension, transient ischemic attack, sleep apnea syndrome.
