Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine were proposed by referring to the Chinese expert consensus on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency: age 4 weeks apart). Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: drawing up with reference to (Tenth Edition) gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, criteria for the diagnostic efficacy of medical conditions: Chief symptoms: ? postmenstrual stage ? oligomenorrhea bleak ? chest flank breast tenderness ? lumbosacral soreness; Secondary symptoms: ? menorrhagic incompetent clamp clot?mental depression or irritability?dizzy tinnitus?nocturnal frequency of urination many ? poor night sleepiness ? little abdominal distension. Lingual veins: the tongue is darkly lichenified with thin white, stringy or dull veins. Possess primary diseases ? ? and possess both ? or ?, one disease at a time, combined with tongue veins can be diagnosed as kidney deficiency liver depression syndrome. Inclusion criteria ? Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with POI due to autoimmune genetic iatrogenic factors pelvic organic lesions; 2. Those with important organ injuries such as heart, brain, liver, and kidney; 3. With language or mental disorders; 4. Those with comorbid other endocrinopathies or recent endocrine affecting medication use in the past 3 months.
