Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=55 years old; 2. Meet the KOA diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology: (1) knee pain on most days of the month; (2) X-ray joint edge osteophytes; (3) OA synovial fluid (conforming to more than 2 of the items of transparency, viscosity, and WBC= 40 years old; (5) Morning stiffness <=30 minutes; (6) There is a snapping sound when the joint moves; (7) KOA can be diagnosed by satisfying (1)(2); or (1)(3)(5)(6); or (1)(4)(5)(6); 3. TCM diagnostic criteria: refer to "KOA TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Consensus (2015 Edition". Diagnostic criteria for KOA TCM syndrome of cold-dampness obstruction type: main symptoms: severe knee pain, aggravated by cold, and reduced by warm pain; Secondary symptoms: swelling of the joints, coldness in the limbs, severe pain in the waist and body, fatigue of the limbs, fear of wind and cold, pale tongue with white coating, and heavy pulse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. KOA inflammatory acute phase; 2. Suffering from KOA, unable to walk or walking distance = grade 2); 7. Parkinson's disease; 8. Cardiovascular disease; 9. Acute or chronic renal failure; 10. And those with cognitive impairment.
