Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton, full-term, elective cesarean delivery under simple lumbar anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 45 years, hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, glaucoma, central nervous system disease, fetal malformation, HIV infection, anti-inflammatory or antidepressant medication within 2 weeks.
