Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia who meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) or who have discontinued medication for more than 3 months for various reasons; 2. Han nationality; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. Not combined with metabolic syndrome; 5. Use olanzapine, clozapine, quetiapine and risperidone according to real-world clinical practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Have organic mental disorders, and mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; 3. Patients with other diseases that affect mental state (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease angina pectoris, stroke, painful joint disease, severe mental disease, tumors and other physical diseases); 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, or patients with serious diseases of other systems; 5. Those who have not been treated according to the regulations, cannot determine the efficacy or have incomplete data, etc., which affect the efficacy and safety judgment. 6. Have a history of diseases related to metabolic syndrome such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension.
