Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 35-80 years old;First onset, in line with the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke;No thrombolysis or interventional therapy after admission;Informed consent of patients or their family members on the purpose and significance of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with infectious diseases;Cardiogenic cerebral embolism caused by atrial fibrillation;Those who have a history of stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.;Complicated with hematological diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and severe insufficiency of important organs such as heart, kidney, lung, liver;Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant, and those with allergies.
