18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years old; 2. BMI>=28kg/m2; 3. At least 4 years of school education; 4. No neurological disease or mental disease; 5. The patient or authorized family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are too obese to complete the cranial MRI examination; 2. Those with unclear or severe artifact images in cranial MRI examination; 3. Those with severe hearing or visual impairment or color blindness who cannot complete the scale assessment; 4. Procalcitonin>=0.05ng/ml.
