18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer patients with stage III-IV in the eighth edition of the TNM staging of lung cancer; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. The mutation status of the EGFR driver gene can be obtained; 4. All received EGFR-TKI first-line or combination therapy; 5. CT image data can be obtained before treatment and after 1 year of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous cancer patients, patients who received lung resection during treatment, those who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery, etc.; 2. Serious comorbidities, such as heart function class III/IV, history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, liver and renal insufficiency; 3. Other situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this trial; 4. Lost to follow-up data and data of death from non-endpoint disease.
