18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to undergo video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy; lung cancer stage T1aN0M0 or T1bN0M0; age 18-64 years old; ASA I-II; BMI 18.5-25kg/m2; the patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Expected difficult airway; cardiac dysfunction (frequent ventricular premature beats, atrial fibrillation, EF<50%, coronary heart disease); respiratory dysfunction (FEV1%<50%, no oxygen PaO2<75mmHg or PaCO2<45mmHg); the same History of lateral thoracic surgery; pulmonary infection or tuberculosis; coagulation disorders; neurocognitive dysfunction; pregnancy status; patients receiving long-term opioid therapy, drug abuse, or drug use; inability to receive thoracic paravertebral block and serratus anterior plane block stagnant patients.
