Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 65 – 89 years; ASA II-III; patients planning ERCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >=28kg/m2;; uncontrolled hypertension 180mmHg SBP, diastolic BP 110mmHg; allergic to anesthetics or their composition; previous history of mental illness, history of epilepsy; refused to sign informed consent.
