Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 35 years in our hospital with PGT-A assisted pregnancy; 2. Our hospital's PGT-A assisted pregnancy pointer (any of the following): (1) Repeated miscarriage, embryo stoppage, and biochemical pregnancy >= 2 times; (2) A history of chromosomal abnormalities in aborted embryos in the past; (3) Repeated implantation failure (transplantation >= 3 times without pregnancy; or transplantation of high-quality embryos or blastocysts without pregnancy for 2 times).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past tumor history or tumor risk factors; 2. Patients with severe acute and chronic liver and kidney diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic renal failure, active hepatitis B virus, etc.; patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 3. Uncontrolled endocrine and metabolic diseases and adrenal diseases; 4. Rheumatic immune diseases; or are using immunosuppressive agents; 5. Those who have been allergic to growth hormone products in the past; 6. Participating in other drug clinical investigators; 7. Others deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
