Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postherpetic neuralgia on the head and face in the V1 distribution area of the trigeminal nerve, and the course of the disease is more than 1 month; 2. All patients have been treated with pregabalin and other drugs for more than half a month, and the effect is not good or the side effects are intolerable; 3. Visual analogue scale (VAS) >= 5 points; 4. All patients underwent trial block of supraorbital nerve.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Patients with mental illness or mental illness cannot cooperate or tolerate surgery; 3. Intracranial space-occupying lesions or concurrent tumors; 4. Local infection or coagulation dysfunction.
