25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 25-35 years old healthy men; 2. No history of smoking and alcoholism; 3. No history of taking drugs in the past 1 month; 4. BMI range: 20-23kg/cm2; 5. No history of trauma or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers with contraindications to EECP were excluded by vascular and cardiac ultrasound. EECP treatment contraindications: 1. Moderate to severe aortic insufficiency; 2. Dissecting aneurysm; 3. Significant pulmonary hypertension; 4. Various bleeding diseases or bleeding tendency, or use anticoagulants, INR > 2.0 ; 5. Various valvular heart diseases or congenital heart disease with cardiac insufficiency; 6. Active phlebitis, venous thrombosis; 7. Counterpulsation limbs with infection foci; 8. Uncontrolled hypertension (>170/ 110mmHg); 9. Uncontrolled arrhythmia, including frequent premature fluctuations; 10. Severe left heart failure; 11. Severe lower extremity arterial occlusive disease.
