18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PIU; 2. Aged<=40 years old; 3. Have not received any psychological and drug treatment in the past; 4. All are right-handed; 5. Hearing and vision are normal, no physical disease or other mental illness; 6. There is no contraindication to MRI examination; 7. The informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of drug addiction; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor and other diseases that are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 3. Allergic to acupuncture treatment; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Left-handed.
