Control group:Tracheal intubation general anesthesia combined with interscalene brachial plexus block

27 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-60 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade I-II; 3. Shoulder arthroscopy surgery is optional.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular disease; 2. Orthostatic hypotension; 3. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 4. Mental illnesses; 5. History of drug abuse; 6. Damaged, deformed or infected puncture site.
