18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic bariatric surgery, aged 18-65 years, with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with glaucoma, basal ganglia disease, Parkinson's disease, pheochromocytoma, myasthenia gravis, severe central nervous depression; ECG showing prolonged Q-T interval; Antiemetic drugs were used within 48 hours before operation; Neostigmine and atropine can not be used to antagonize residual muscle relaxation.
