Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The three generations of the original local residents are Hani; 2.Volunteer to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have lived and worked abroad for 5 years or more; 2. Secondary cervical spondylosis (trauma, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid disease, etc.); 3. Major mental illness or non-cooperation.
