Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged greater than or equal to 65 years old; 2.Adult patient undergoing hip fracture surgery due to trauma; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grades I-IV; 4.Anemia was found in the first blood routine of admission (hemoglobin for 65 to 70 years: male <120 g/L, female <110 g/L;70 years and older: male <94 g/L, female <87 g/L) .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients due to revision surgery or other indications for hip replacement (ie, malignancy, dysplasia); 2. Extreme surgical delay (>10 days); 3. Hip fractures that occurred during hospitalization; 4. Compound injuries: multiple fractures, chest, abdomen, pelvic and sacral trauma, head trauma, etc.; 5. Patient information is incomplete.
