18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: (1) Aged between 18 and 80 years old; (2) There are symptoms of heartburn or chest pain (GERDQ score = 8); (3) No evidence of esophageal reflux, such as reflux esophagitis, under gastroscope. 2. Healthy control group: (1) Aged between 18 and 80 years old; (2) No typical symptoms such as heartburn and reflux.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, such as esophagus surgery, partial gastrectomy, gastroplasty, etc.; 2. Patients with serious diseases of liver, kidney, cardiovascular, brain, lung, endocrine system and hematopoietic system that cannot be effectively controlled; 3. There are alarm symptoms, including gastrointestinal bleeding, persistent vomiting, weight loss, difficulty swallowing, or abdominal mass; 4. Patients with gastric cancer or any other malignant tumor within 5 years before screening; 5. History of drug or alcohol abuse within 1 year before screening; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Combined with mental illness and unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms; 8. Secondary depressive disorder or bipolar affective disorder caused by other organic causes or drugs cannot be excluded; 9. Have used any antipsychotic or antidepressant medication within the last 4 weeks; 10. Those who must use drugs with central nervous system effects or drugs that may affect mood in combination for a long time; 11. Other reasons that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in the trial.
