Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Diagnose patients who meet Rome IV criteria; 3. Colonoscopy showed no organic lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and tumors; 3. There is a report of digestive tract surgery records; 4. Patients who use drugs that may affect gastrointestinal function and visceral sensitivity.
