18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative routine examination and pathology were confirmed as primary rectal cancer; 2. With surgical indications, perform radical low anterior resection of the rectum; 3. Concurrently with or without protective terminal ileostomy; 4. Age > 18 years old; 5. The clinical data are perfect, and the collected indexes are not missing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Preoperative infection or autoimmune disease; 3. No pelvic drainage tube was placed during the operation; 4. Patients with intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy; 5. ELAPE surgery, Miles surgery, Hartmann surgery.
