Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Muscle strength decline, use dominant handgrip strength (HGS) to evaluate, measure twice, take the maximum reading, the diagnostic threshold is: male =12S. Therefore, it is possible that patients with sarcopenia meet: decreased muscle strength and/or decreased physical function; 3. Age >= 60 years old; 4. No comprehension, visual or hearing impairment, able to communicate normally; 5. Able to understand the purpose of this research and actively cooperate, and to give informed consent to participate in this research voluntarily; 6. No regular physical exercise within 2 years before the study (>=3 times a week, >=30min each time, the intensity is above medium).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol or drug addicts; 2. Those who have serious complications such as severe heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and neuropathy hindering activities; 3. End-stage disease, life expectancy is less than 1 year; 4. Patients with artificial joint replacement or fractures within three months.
