Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis of stroke meets the international stroke diagnostic criteria and confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Age 50-80 years old; 3. According to the Modified Ashworth scale, the spasm level of the triceps or quadriceps of the lower extremities is assessed to be grade 1 (inclusive) or above; 4. Functional ambulation category scale (FAC) is 3 to 5; 5. Have not received orthopedic surgery or other spasticity treatment within 5 months before the experiment; 6. The condition is stable, and there is enough endurance to complete the experiment; 7. Normal cognitive function, able to understand the instruction requirements in the experiment and willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious underlying diseases and intolerance; 2. Diagnosed with lower limb stiffness or obvious contracture; 3. Received other surgical operations that affect lower extremity activities.
