Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors of the head and neck who have been diagnosed by pathology and meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision (ICD-11) Chinese version; 2. Follow-up patients for one month or more after surgery; 3. The patient himself is aware of the condition; 4. Patients treated by surgery; 5. Age >= 18 years old, with full cognitive ability; 6. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent, and obtain the approval of the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The existence of mental and psychological diseases (such as body dysmorphic disorder); 2. There are other serious complications or organic diseases; 3. Disfigurement and disability before the diagnosis of head and neck cancer.
