Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old; surgical method: under general anesthesia, endotracheal intubation, using a self-retaining laryngoscope use in microlaryngoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure of tracheal intubation; failure to place the support laryngoscope during microlaryngosurgery; airway spasm after tracheal intubation; air balloon leakage or rupture of the tracheal tube.
