18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis according to the 2012 Atlanta classification criteria; 2. Patients with highly suspected infectious pancreatic necrosis (persistent fever and high inflammatory index) should be treated with minimally invasive intervention; 3. Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 4. Willing to comply with research procedures and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 2. Diabetes or malignant tumors; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery.
