18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~65 years old; 2. Patients with a definite diagnosis of vestibular migraine or vertigo syndrome subjects with a history of migraine; 3. The number of occurrences per month is not less than 3 times; 4. The subjects or their legal representatives can understand the purpose of the research, show sufficient compliance with the research protocol, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious local or systemic diseases, such as severe cervical spine disease, fractures and traumatic brain injury, are not allowed to exercise; 2. The investigators believe that they are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
