HP infected group VS HP uninfected group:1. For children under the age of 14, asymptomatic patients are recommended to be reexamined after the age of 14, and those who are positive will be eradicated.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community population over 1.3 years old; 2. Carry out Hp investigation and testing on a family basis (at least 2 or more people living together for a long time, determined by the actual living together rather than the household registration relationship); 3. Willing to abide by the research procedures and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The use of probiotics, antibiotics, and proton pump inhibitors in the past 1 month; 2. Serious heart, lung, liver and kidney disease; 3. Diabetes and malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. There is a history of gastrointestinal surgery in the past.
