Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a histopathological diagnosis of CRC; not treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy or any type of anti-tumour therapy;age 18 to 79 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with metastases or primary tumors in other organs; patients with coronary heart disease, smoking, drinking and other high-risk factors; pregnant or lactating women; patients with severe mental disorders who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; those who are allergic to the drugs used in this trial; recent Those who have taken drugs that may affect immune function; have recently taken antibiotics or probiotics.
