Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient criteria: (1) Aged over 18 years old; (2) General health; (3) No systemic diseases that may affect bone metabolism and wound healing; (4) Willing to cooperate with research follow-up and good compliance; (5) Sign the informed consent; 2. Planting site standard: (1) For premolars and molars, the alveolar ridge is healed after tooth extraction for more than 6 months; (2) There is a keratinized mucosa to meet the requirement of a keratinized mucosa with a width of at least 3 mm on the buccal side after implantation; (3) The buccal and lingual diameter of the bone crest shown by CBCT is at least 7mm, and the bone height from the crest to the mandibular neural canal, mental foramen, maxillary sinus floor and other anatomical structures is at least 5mm; (4) The extraction site was not preserved or other bone augmentation methods were used before implantation; (5) The presence of opposing teeth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head and neck radiotherapy; 2. Are or have been taking orally or injecting bisphosphonates; 3. Poor blood sugar control (glycated hemoglobin greater than 7.5%); 4. Smokers or those with a history of smoking; 5. Untreated periodontal disease; 6. Poor oral hygiene (full mouth probing bleeding index greater than 30%, full mouth plaque index greater than 30%); 7. Alcohol/drug abuse; 8. Patients with missing dentition; 9. The implant placement torque is less than 15Ncm.
