18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age is between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of sex; 2.Patients who received thoracic noncardiac surgery for the first time; 3.The postoperative hospital stay was at least 24h; 4.Serum myocardial enzymes were measured routinely after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The measured value of cTnT >=0.003ng/ml within three days before operation; 2. Non-ischemic reasons lead to increased cTnT, such as sepsis, pulmonary embolism, atrial fibrillation, cardioversion or chronic cTnT increase; 3. Modify the treatment plan within three days after surgery; 4. Incomplete basic data or missing follow-up data in the electronic medical record.
