60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifty patients, aged 60-85 years old, with ASA grade II to III, were selected for elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The duration of surgery was expected to be more than 3h. All patients were anesthetized by the same anesthesiologist, and surgical procedures were performed by the same surgical team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastases exist; 2. Patients with preoperative history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. The presence of vital organ dysfunction, such as arrhythmia, abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Preoperative infusion of blood products; 5. Contraindications for radial artery and central venipuncture; 6. Quit smoking for less than 2 weeks; 7. The percentage of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in 1 second to the estimated value is less than 50%; 8. Intraoperative blood loss > 20% of blood volume is in urgent need of a large amount of quick-maturing fluid, or intraoperative transfusion of allogeneic blood.
