Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Case group: (1) the age range is 16-70 years old; (2) no other diseases in the near future; (3) the disease is diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris; (4) voluntarily participate in this project and can be carried out as required; (5) patients who have signed informed consent and can be completed as required. 2.Control group: (1) fracture patients; (2) no history of psoriasis vulgaris; (3) no family genetic history of psoriasis vulgaris; (4) no other disease in the near future.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received biological agents; 2. Patients with psoriasis vulgaris and other diseases; 3. Patients with clear indications of acute infection; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment and predict poor compliance; 5. Pregnant women and lactating women; 6. The patient is participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
