Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Those who have been diagnosed or screened for PTSD by questionnaire; 3. Those who are found to have PTSD-related symptoms through a questionnaire survey; 4. Those who have not received acupuncture-related treatment in the past three months to avoid sequelae; 5. Have no congenital or acquired brain dysfunction, have the ability to distinguish independently, have clear consciousness, and have no intellectual disability, and be willing and able to comply with the drug treatment plan determined by the investigator; 6. Fully understand the content and possibility of the test, and voluntarily participate in this clinical trial after adverse reactions occur, and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Other causes of insomnia or anxiety; 3. Long-term use of psychiatric drugs such as sleeping pills; 4. Those who have problems such as insufficient blood supply to the ear, and those who have experienced burns, etc., resulting in incomplete ear skin or incomplete ear skin; 5. Patients with serious or unstable medical diseases; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Otitis patients; 8. Patients with severe mental disorders.
