Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the Berlin diagnostic criteria for ARDS; 3. An artificial airway has been established (tracheal intubation, tracheotomy); 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Cancer patients (including solid tumors and hematological tumors, etc.); 3. Patients with chronic underlying diseases such as acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, COPD, and chronic renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with immunodeficiency diseases; patients who have used glucocorticoids (equivalent dose > prednisone 10 mg/d) or immunosuppressive agents in the 6 months before admission; 5. Patients who have been hospitalized in other hospitals for a long time (>=7 days); 6. Expected survival time < 24h; 7. Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days.
