18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic abdominal elective surgery under general anesthesia, the estimated operation time is 2h-5h; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Body temperature = 36.0? before entering the operating room on the day of operation; 5. Anesthesia method: intravenous, inhalation compound general anesthesia; 6. There are no ulcers, wounds, blood or exudation under the armpit; 7. Clear mind, no language barrier; 8. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis, rheumatic fever; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases and long-term use of anticoagulants; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate; 5. Emergency surgery.
