Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Methods: Elderly patients with thoracoscopic surgery were selected; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. Aged >= 65 years, male or female; 4. signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital mental retardation or neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Patients with neurological diseases that cause brain dysfunction, such as stroke, brain tumor, etc.; 3. Long-term use of sedative and psychotropic drugs; 4. Unwilling to accept experimental operators.
