Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primipara aged >= 18 years with singleton, full-term and head pregnancyVaginal delivery under epidural labor analgesia; 2.maternal feverBody temperature >= 37.5 degree C; 3.ASA class I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious pregnancy complications (such as severe preeclampsia, placenta accreta, HELLP syndrome, placenta previa, placental abruption); 2. Past history of hyperthyroidism, including hyperthyroidism during pregnancy; 3. There is infection, including obstetric infection, systemic infection (such as sepsis, bacteremia), infection at the puncture site or adjacent site, etc.; 4. Other factors that the researcher considers unsuitable for participation; 5. The mother refuses to participate in this study; 6. Participation in other studies within 30 days prior to the start of the current study and/or during study participation.
