18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations and laboratory and imaging examinations are highly suspected of CA; 2. Subendocardial myocardium or other tissue biopsy (periumbilical subcutaneous fat, tongue, kidney, rectal mucosa, bone marrow, etc.) biopsy; 3. Congo red staining is positive, and apple green birefringence can be seen under a polarized light microscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 2. Dilated cardiomyopathy; 3. Aortic valve stenosis (moderate or above); 4. Severe hypertension that is difficult to control; 5. Acute or old myocardial infarction or chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy; 6. Acute myocarditis; 7. Severe liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; (eGFR<45ml/min/1.73m2); 8. Malignant tumors other than multiple myeloma are excluded; 9. Mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction.
