Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 85 years old; 2. Patients who plan to undergo elective cardiac surgery; 3. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative MMSE score (out of 30): illiterate <17, primary school <20, middle school and above <24; 2. Central nervous system diseases; taking anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs; previous cardiovascular and cerebrovascular surgery; 3. Have participated in neuropsychological tests in the past; 4. Unwilling to participate in this experiment; 5. Unable to complete MMSE, MoCA scale visual or auditory dysfunction due to other reasons (such as hearing impairment or visual impairment); 6. Have a history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 7. It is expected that the patient will not be able to recover and be discharged from the hospital after the operation.
