Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 to 60 years, of either sex, with non-healing fractures, bone defects, osteonecrosis, bone tumours, etc. requiring broken end debridement or focal debridement combined with massive bone grafting; (2) Bone harvesting using the iliac bone harvesting technique; (3) Ethical requirements were met, with patients able to communicate well with the investigator, voluntarily participating in this study, able to actively cooperate with the medical staff during the study, and complying with the requirements of the entire study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with cardiac, pulmonary or renal failure; (2) those with various bleeding disorders or acute infectious diseases or more serious mental illnesses; (3) women during pregnancy; (4) those wearing pacemakers or recovering from cardiac surgery, etc.; (5) those with foci of infection in the operated area and adjacent sites; (6) those who are participating in other clinical studies or trials that the investigator considers unsuitable; (7) those with significant deformities in both iliac bones due to those with significant deformities of the iliac bone due to injury or surgery; (8) those with metastases from malignant tumours to the iliac bone.
