Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as recurrent nasopharyngeal patients (rT3-4N0-3M0, International Union Against Cancer, UICC Eighth Edition); 2. Induction chemotherapy and radiotherapy are implemented, and IMRT technology is used for radiotherapy; 3. KPS score >= 70 points; 4. No distant metastasis; 5. No serious vital organ dysfunction; 6. Patients and their families have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with diseases that seriously affect surgery and internal medicine; 2. Those who quit midway due to intolerable adverse reactions to treatment; 3. Those who cannot have regular follow-up visits.
