Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, patients with inflammatory bowel disease in remission; 2. NRS2002 nutritional risk screening score of 3 or above; 3. The expected time for nutritional support is 3 months; 4. Cooperate with investigation and follow-up, and be conscious; 5. Sign the informed consent in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active inflammatory bowel disease; 2. Those with intestinal fistula and abdominal abscess; 3. History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Those who cannot take oral food or receive parenteral nutrition support; 5. Terminate oral nutritional supplements for various reasons; 6. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
