Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Multiple motor tics and one or more vocal tics, which may not occur at the same time (tic refers to sudden, rapid, repetitive, non-rhythmic muscle movements or vocalizations); 2. The tic frequency can be increased or decreased since the first tic attack has lasted for more than 1 year; 3. Age range 3-12 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms are caused by substances (such as cocaine) or physical conditions (such as Huntington's disease, viral encephalitis, etc.); 2. Use of probiotics, antibiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines and other substances that affect the composition of microorganisms in the past month; 3. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
