Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for mixed hemorrhoids recommended by the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids (2020)", and the internal hemorrhoids are graded above 3, and receiving medical treatments such as sitz baths and suppositories have no obvious effect; 2. Men or women between the ages of 20 and 65 years old; 3. Complete medical records; 4. Heart, liver, kidney, coagulation function, chest X-ray, nucleic acid test are normal 5. Voluntarily accept surgical treatment, voluntarily participate in this subject and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, syphilis, and AIDS; 2. Pregnant or lactating women, mentally ill patients; 3. Those who are generally intolerant to surgery; 4. Complicated anorectal diseases such as: rectal tumor, paraanal abscess, anal fistula disease, chronic enteritis disease, etc.; 5. Patients who need anticoagulant intervention due to chronic disease management, but the preoperative drug withdrawal is less than 1W.
