Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the PCOS group: meet the diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome in Western medicine and the differentiation criteria for phlegm-damp syndrome and liver-stagnation syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Inclusion criteria for the normal control group: (1) Infertile patients with non-PCOS and normal ovarian reserve, who can ovulate normally, are infertile due to tubal factors alone; (2) Married women aged 25-40; (3) Meet the indications for IVF-ET; (4) The reproductive needs meet the requirements of the ethics committee; (5) Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with premature ovarian failure, ovarian hypofunction, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia and other diseases; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Those who suffer from severe mental disorders, acute infections of the urogenital system, or sexually transmitted diseases; 4. Those suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases or disorders of hematopoietic and coagulation systems; 5. Those with serious bad habits such as drug addiction; 6. Those who have used hormone drugs in the past three months.
