Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Conform to the diagnosis in the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline of Neurology" compiled by the Chinese Medical Association in 2010 and be diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; 3. Clear consciousness, no mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. Informed consent and voluntary acceptance of investigators; 5. The patient or family member has a smartphone and can use WeChat; 6. The level of stigma is at or above moderate risk (score of Stroke Stigma Scale >= 36 points).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney damage; 2. Those with cognitive impairment or mental disorder in the past; 3. Those who are clinically diagnosed as mentally retarded; 4. Participate in other researchers.
