Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Normal swallowing function; 3. No chronic disease; 4. Informed consent was obtained and volunteered to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of digestive system diseases; 2. History of digestive system surgery, such as esophagus surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, etc.; 3. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome; 4. Those with intestinal flora imbalance.
