Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for Sj?gren's syndrome: 2012 ACR classification diagnostic criteria: (1) Serum anti-SSA and/or anti-SSB antibody positive, or rheumatoid factor RF positive with ANA >= 1:320; (2) OSS staining score >= 3 points; (3) Pathological biopsy of labial gland showed lymphocyte foci >=1/4 mm2 (at least 50 lymphocytes aggregated in 4 mm2 tissue); (4) The above 3 items meet 2 or more, and exclude the history of radiotherapy of neck, head and face, hepatitis C virus infection, AIDS, sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, graft-versus-host disease, IgG4-related diseases, namely Diagnosed as Sjogren's syndrome; 2. Patients who meet the above criteria, 20-80 years old, have symptoms of dry mouth, and the flow rate of saliva in a single parotid gland under acid stimulation is less than 1ml/5min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with overlap syndrome, systemic systemic diseases and salivary gland acute infectious diseases.
